Details of the Job/Internship

Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a Principal Associate-Direct Tax Transfer Pricing with 6 to 10 years of experience to join its office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

Drafting of appeals and stay applications for filing before the Tribunal

• Drafting of objections for filing before the DRP.
• Drafting submissions/reply to show cause notices.
• Attending hearing before the TPO.
• Drafting / Preparation of appeals for filing before the High Court.
• Preparing TP studies, review of search of comparable from databases, and undertaking benchmarking of various transactions.
• Preparation and filing of forms in compliance with the transfer pricing regulation.
• Review and preparation of monthly newsletter on transfer pricing updates.
• Prepare presentations on transfer pricing issues and team training for internal office meets.

Eligibility

• Candidate should have post-qualification experience of 6-10 years in Transfer Pricing
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain relationships through teamwork.
• Strong networking skills.
• Ability to work with the Firm's Leadership.

Salary/Stipend
