Details of the Job/Internship

BCP Associates is hiring for the position of Principal Associate Dispute Resolution to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting legal pleadings including Writ Petitions, Appeals, Objections, and other court documents.
• Regular appearances before the Karnataka High Court and relevant Tribunals (both effective and non-effective).
• Legal research and preparation for arguments and advisory opinions.
• Coordination with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Supporting all litigation and advisory work related to employment disputes.

Eligibility

• Prior experience in litigation, specifically employment/labour disputes.
• Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Kannada (reading and speaking) is highly preferred.
• Excellent drafting and research skills..
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, court-centric work environment.
• Willingness to work a 6-day week from the office, given the nature of the role.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
