Details of the Job/Internship
AQUILAW is looking for an experienced Principal Associate to join their General Litigation team. If you have 6-7 years of expertise in litigation & arbitration and a strong grasp of the High Court, NCLT, DRT, DRAT, NGT, and other Tribunals.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing complex litigation cases.
- Representing clients in trial & appellate matters.
- Legal research & strategic advisory.
- Mentoring junior associates.
- Business development & client retention.
