Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan attorneys is hiring for the position of Principal Associate - International Trade with 5-7 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Financial Analysis & Costing
- Analyze cost structures, pricing data, and financial statements of domestic and foreign producers to assess injury and dumping margins.
2. Data Compilation & Verification
- Prepare, compile, and verify financial data for petitions and responses to questionnaires issued by investigating authorities such as the DGTR.
3. Margin Calculations
- Compute dumping margins, subsidy benefits, and injury margins in line with prescribed WTO methodologies and domestic regulations.
4. Liaison with Authorities
- Coordinate with government bodies (e.g., DGTR) to provide clarifications, attend verification visits, and support clients during hearings.
Eligibility
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic track record.
- Prior experience in international trade.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience: 5–7 years
