Details of the Job/Internship
LexStart Partners is hiring a Senior/Principal Associate Lawyer for a full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory services to clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaise with clients and support transactional matters.
- Negotiate commercial and legal terms in transactions.
Eligibility
- Strong expertise in corporate law.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage clients, and handle multiple projects effectively.
- Experience working with startups is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- LLM or additional certifications in corporate or commercial law is an added advantage.
