Details of the Job/Internship

Lex Arjava LLP is hiring a Principal Associate – Litigation with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters independently across DRT, NCLT, Arbitration Tribunals, and Consumer Forums.
• Manage cheque bounce cases, civil recovery matters, writ petitions, and summary suits.
• Represent clients in real estate disputes and criminal litigation.
• Draft pleadings, legal notices, and submissions for various courts and tribunals.
• Coordinate with clients, senior advocates, and internal legal teams.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong command over civil, commercial, and criminal procedural laws.
• Knowledge of the local language (Marathi) preferred.
• Excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills.
