Details of the Job/Internship

Sachin Mahendra & Associates is hiring a Principal Associate (Litigation) – GST & Excise Law for a full-time role in its Defence Colony and Noida offices. The incumbent will handle Income Tax, GST and other Indirect Tax Laws, Appeals, Tax Restructuring, Tax Advisory, GST, Customs, FTP or SEZ compliance, and other indirect tax compliance matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle Income Tax, GST & Excise litigation before Tribunals.
• Represent and assist senior advocates in indirect tax cases before courts.
• Identify risks, advise on international taxation, and assist clients in complying with customs regulations.
• Manage other tax-related work.

Eligibility

• LL.B or LL.M degree (CA, CS, CMA preferred).
• 5 years of litigation experience in GST, Income Tax & Excise practice, OR 3 years if LL.B/LL.M combined with CA, CS or CMA.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
