Details of the Job/Internship

Photon Legal is hiring a Patent Attorney/Patent Professional with 5–8 years of experience to handle patent drafting and prosecution in the software and electronics domains.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute US and India patent applications in software and electronics.
• Conduct hearings and examiner interviews with the Patent Office.
• Extract patentable ideas through invention mining.
• Train juniors on patent drafting skills.
• Draft and map claims.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct client calls.
• Manage and develop IP portfolios.

Eligibility

• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• B.Tech or M.Tech in CS, IT, ENTC, or Electronics.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
