Details of the Job/Internship
AQUILAW is hiring a Principal Associate for its Real Estate. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a Partner specializing in Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Trusts & Estates.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting title diligence and drafting reports.
- Advisory, structuring, and documentation for real estate transactions.
- Managing regulatory compliances and interactions with authorities.
- Client interfacing and mentoring junior associates.
Eligibility
- LL.B from a recognized university.
- Proficient in English, Hindi / Marathi.
- Strong real estate law expertise.
- Experience: 7+ years.
