IndiaLaw LLP is hiring for the position of Principal Associate/Senior Associate with 5-10 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters across commercial, insolvency, consumer, and matrimonial domains before various courts and tribunals.
- Provide strategic legal advice and develop tailored case strategies for clients.
- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and liaise with external counsels when necessary.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and regulatory changes.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized law school; LL.M. preferred.
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Proven expertise in IBC, commercial contracts, consumer protection laws, and matrimonial disputes.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple matters independently under tight deadlines.
- Prior team leadership or mentoring experience is an advantage.
Salary/Stipend
