Details of the Job/Internship
L.S. Davar & Co. is currently looking to hire a Principal Associate – Trademarks to join their growing team in Delhi/Mumbai & Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should possess an LL.B or LL.M degree with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in trademark law.
Eligibility
- LL.B or LL.M degree from a recognized university.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in trademark law and related matters.
- Strong understanding of trademark prosecution, enforcement, opposition, and litigation.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle client communications effectively.
- Prior experience working in a reputed law firm or IP practice is preferred.
- Willingness to be based in Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore.
