AMS Legal – Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Principal Associate (Litigation/Non-Litigation) with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, and employment disputes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft legal documents and prepare legal arguments.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong professionalism, integrity, and client commitment.
