Details of the Job/Internship

AMS Legal is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Principal Associate, contributing to our firm's growth and success in delivering exceptional legal services.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, and employment disputes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and prepare legal arguments.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategy and provide strategic counsel to clients.
• Maintain client relationships and provide responsive and attentive client service.
• Stay current on legal developments, case law, and industry trends relevant to civil and commercial litigation.

Eligibility

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Enrolment to the Bar Council of India and in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience practicing civil and commercial litigation at a law firm.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy.

Salary/Stipend

₹ 6,60,000/- lakhs per annum.
