Economic Laws Practice is hiring Principal Associate with the experience of 7 to 10 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Part of Securities & Regulatory Practice- Advisory and Litigation.
- Keen Interest in Financial Regulations.
- Legal drafting, researching and client interactions.
- Handling matters pertaining to securities Law, appearing before SEBI/SAT, drafting of reply/appeal/etc.
- Advising clients (Listed Companies, Intermediaries and Market Infrastructure Institutions) on aspects of corporate and securities law.
- Stock Exchange Arbitrations.
Eligibility
- LLB
- Post qualification experience 7 to 10 years.
