Details of the Job/Internship

L. S. Devar & Co. is hiring a Principal Associate-Trademark to join their office in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

Trademarks Prosecution:

• Drafting letters to the Trademarks Registry and clients (for trademarks and opposition)
• Preparing and attending Examination Report.
• Attending Show Cause hearing before the Trademarks Registry.

Opposition and Rectification:

• Preparing notice of opposition/Counter Statements/Evidence.
• Preparing interlocutory petition and reply to interlocutory petition.
• Attending Opposition hearings before the Trademark Registry.
• Maintaining a record of deadlines.

Infringement and cases:

• Preparing advisory for new infringement, along with resolving client's queries.
• Preparing investigation reports with opinions.
• Preparing to cease Notices.

Salary/Stipend
