Details of the Job/Internship

Lex Arjava Advocates and Associates (“Firm”) is hiring a principal associate with 5 years of experience to join them in Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Principal Associate will engage in day-to-day legal responsibilities, ensure quality legal services are provided, and work closely with clients to achieve success while safeguarding both the Firm and the Client's interests. The scope of work shall Mostly include Arbitrations, Civil Recoveries and NCLT Matters. Excellent Drafting Skills, Appearances across courts including HC. 

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in Arbitrations, IBC and corporate and commercial laws.
• Experience in handling diverse legal matters for corporations.
• Professional qualifications in law and management.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum Work Experience : 5 Years and above. 

Salary/Stipend
