Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is hiring for the position of Principal Associate to join their office in Kolkata.

Eligibility

• 10-15 years of experience in handling high-stake litigation matters including suits, arbitration, writs, mines and minerals-related matters, electricity, insurance, medical negligence, and IPR.
• Ability to independently advise clients, draft petitions, appear, and argue matters before tribunals/courts.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
