Details of the Job/Internship
Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is hiring Principal Associates with experience of 10–15 years to join their offices in New Delhi and Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling high-stake litigation matters across various legal domains.
- Advising clients independently.
- Drafting petitions and legal documents.
- Appearing and arguing before Tribunals and Courts.
Eligibility
- Advocate with 10–15 years of experience in handling high-stake litigation matters.
- Experience in suits, arbitration, writs, mines and minerals matters, electricity, insurance, property, medical negligence, and IPR.
- Preference will be given to candidates capable of independently advising clients, drafting petitions, and appearing and arguing before Tribunals and Courts.
