Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is hiring Principal Associates with 7–9 years of experience to join its Trademark Oppositions & Enforcement and Trademark Prosecution teams at their Noida office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle opposition and enforcement or prosecution of trademark matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Lead and manage trademark portfolios.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Ensure high standards of legal drafting, client servicing, and case handling.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with 7 to 9 years of PQE in trademark law.
• Strong client communication and team management skills.
• Expertise in trademark opposition, enforcement, or prosecution.

Salary/Stipend
