Details of the Job/Internship

BCP Associates is hiring a Principal Associate or Senior Associate to join its Bengaluru office. This is a full-time, on-site role involving advisory and consulting work in labour and employment law, contracts, and corporate law, along with client interaction, training delivery, and participation in Labour Code Alignment Programs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice and solutions in labour and employment law, contracts, and corporate law.
• Assisting in and leading Labour Code Alignment Programs.
• Delivering training and knowledge sessions for clients and stakeholders.
• Interacting regularly with clients to ensure legal compliance, accuracy, and quality of advice.
• Supporting consulting projects across various industry sectors.
• Ensuring adherence to legal standards while fostering strong client relationships.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
• Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience for Principal Associate.
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience for Senior Associate.
• Exceptions may be made based on skills, experience, and ability.
• Strong legal acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for drafting, reviewing, and presenting legal advice.
• Basic understanding of finance for alignment with budgeting and cost planning.
• Experience in preparing subject matter content and delivering training sessions.
• Professional experience in labour and employment law advisory is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and similar tools.

Salary/Stipend
