Nagarro is hiring a Principal Consultant – Support Legal with 13+ years of experience to join their India team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Legal Team to interpret, implement, and monitor contract compliance requirements.
- Partner with Internal Audit, Finance, HR, ESG, Security, and TAP teams to align compliance frameworks with organizational policies.
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring systems, reporting structures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive awareness and training programs to embed compliance culture across the organization.
- Support audits, investigations, and assessments related to contract compliance.
- Provide strategic recommendations on compliance risks, findings, and improvements to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance practices meet both global and regional regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
- Minimum 13 years of professional experience in compliance, legal governance, or risk management.
- Proven record of working with global teams and handling multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, internal audits, and governance practices.
- Familiarity with ESG, data security, HR policies, and financial compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
