Pant & Co is hiring for the position of Principal Consultant to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Principal Consultant will be responsible for partnering with law firms to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and implement operational systems to enhance firm performance and future-readiness.

Eligibility

• Legal industry expertise and knowledge.
• Consulting and strategy development skills.
• Project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Experience in leading and managing consulting projects.
• Master's degree in Law, Business, or related field.

Salary/Stipend
