Mott MacDonald is hiring a Principal Contract Specialist with relevant experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate consultancy, framework, MoU, and NDA agreements.
- Conduct commercial reviews and secure internal approvals.
- Prepare and update commercial guidance on recurrent topics and new regulations.
- Lead commercial risk management and assist divisional managers on projects.
- Manage and resolve claims with internal Commercial and Legal functions.
- Liaise with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Data Protection, and Insurance teams.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
- Experience in engineering or construction sectors preferred.
- Knowledge of UK infrastructure contract law and standard forms such as NEC.
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
