Khaitan & Co. is hiring a Principal Corporate Associate with experience of 6 to 9 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Eligibility

• Experience in running end-to-end M&A/PE transactions/deals including working on complex transactional documents etc.
• Complex structuring.
• Specializing in strategic M&A / PE/ Gen.
