LegaLogic is hiring Principal Legal Advisors (PQE 6+ years) for its Corporate Commercial Team at the Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate master service agreements and statements of work.
- Handle technology contracts and vendor and customer agreements.
- Provide corporate advisory and business-facing legal risk support.
- Support commercial and transactional legal requirements.
Eligibility
- Principal Legal Advisor: 6+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in commercial contracting and corporate advisory.
