Details of the Job/Internship

Infosys is hiring a Principal Legal Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Negotiating various agreements with external clients and vendors; providing legal and business counsel to internal clients to resolve issues;
• Managing external counsel (as applicable); ensuring that all agreements are concluded in accordance with Infosys' corporate risk parameters and policies and working or leading various department and organization projects as assigned.
• This position may also have the responsibility of managing junior attorneys on the Americas Legal team. Infosys provides services to a broad range of customers including, but not limited to the following industries, financial services, healthcare, consumer products, energy and utilities, media and communications.

Eligibility

• The candidate should have experience contracting with customers in these areas, a good working knowledge of the issues that frequently arise and familiarity with the laws and regulations that are associated with these industries.
