Details of the Job/Internship

St. Mary’s Rehabilitation University is hiring a Principal – School of Law to join their office in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role involving oversight of academic operations, programme development, and administrative functions of the School of Law. The role includes curriculum design, faculty recruitment, fostering research culture, ensuring academic excellence, building industry and academic collaborations, supporting student success, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and global legal education benchmarks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee academic operations and administrative functions of the School of Law.
• Design and develop curriculum.
• Lead faculty recruitment and development.
• Foster a culture of research and academic excellence.
• Build industry and academic collaborations.
• Support student success initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and international benchmarks.

Eligibility

• Expertise in law with a strong record of academic and professional excellence.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Proven leadership, organisational, and managerial capabilities.
• Ph.D. in Law or a related discipline with substantial teaching and research experience.
• Experience in building partnerships with legal institutions and regulatory bodies is desirable.
• Understanding of global legal education standards and commitment to inclusive, cross-disciplinary excellence.
