Details of the Job/Internship
E Help Education & Migration is hiring a Principal Solicitor with 3–5+ years of post-admission experience to lead the establishment and operations of a new legal practice in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the law firm’s operations, policies, and compliance framework.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in migration, family, and property law.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, paralegals, and migration consultants.
- Ensure legal oversight and compliance with professional and regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with the migration team to integrate legal services seamlessly.
- Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and manage trust accounts, risk management, and internal control systems.
- Participate in marketing and client acquisition to strengthen the firm’s market presence
Eligibility
- Principal Practising Certificate or eligible to upgrade via Practice Management Course.
- 3–5+ years of post-admission legal experience; higher PQE also considered.
- Strong background in migration, family, or property law preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- In-depth understanding of compliance, trust accounting, and ethical obligations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development.
