Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring Associates and Senior Associates with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience to join its General Corporate – Private Client Practice team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle transactional and advisory matters in the private client practice.
• Manage complex corporate and cross-border M&A transactions independently.
• Advise on estate and succession planning, family settlements, and restructuring of trust structures.
• Provide counsel on artwork advisory and related asset management issues.
• Collaborate with other practice teams to deliver integrated legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate or private client practice.
• Strong understanding of transactional and cross-border M&A matters.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
