Details of the Job/Internship

Acuity Knowledge Partners is hiring a Process Leader – Legal with over 10 years of experience to join their Gurgaon office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to global teams including sales, business development, finance, HR, and delivery.
• Assist with contract drafting, RFP responses, and client negotiations.
• Draft and review various legal documents such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and LOIs.
• Maintain and update the contract repository and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Independently handle legal matters and liaise with business stakeholders.
• Offer practical legal advice on commercial and corporate issues.
• Work closely with the Senior Director – Legal and other departments on cross-functional matters.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a top 10 university.
• 10–12 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Indian laws; exposure to UK and US laws is an added advantage.
• Experience in contract management tools like Salesforce or Ariba is a plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
