Acuity Knowledge Partners is hiring for the position of Process Leader- Legal support with 10+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as a legal business partner to cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Delivery, and HR across global regions.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents such as:
• Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
• Statements of Work (SoWs)
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Letters of Intent (LOIs)
• Affidavits and commercial contracts
• Support RFP processes with legal input and documentation.
• Maintain and manage a centralized repository of legal and company documents.
• Ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation through timely advice on commercial and contractual matters.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to close contracts efficiently.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance to support decision-making.

Eligibility

• Education: Law degree from a top-tier Indian law university.
• Experience: 10–12 years post-qualification experience with reputable corporate law firms and/or in-house legal departments.
• Skills:
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• In-depth understanding of Indian corporate and commercial laws
• Exposure to UK/US laws is a strong advantage
• Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Comfortable working independently and handling complex matters end-to-end
• Strong articulation and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with contract management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Ariba) is a plus
