Details of the Job/Internship

Infosys BPM is hiring for the position of Process Specialist - Legal Process to join their office in Banglore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Depends on assigned project guidelines across contract workflow and end-to-end contract management including administrative activities to maintain contracts repository.
• Performance towards Project requirements and meeting targets and quality parameters.
• Other administrative and operational project-related activities.

Eligibility

• Contract Management: Should have good legal aptitude, grasp over the basic legal and contract terminologies and end contract structure, and working experience on end-to-end contract management activities.
• Fair knowledge of commercial contracting, other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies, global standards, and best practices.
• Should have a minimum of 2 years of corporate experience, experience in Contracts (Contract drafting, negotiating, redlining, abstraction, and summarization) preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in working with CLM applications and computer applications such as MS Office suit.
• Exposure to M&A, Subcontracting, Procurement contracts, and Deal Advisory will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to work under defined KPIs/ SLAs and other parameters and guidelines.
• Good analytical skills, reasoning, and logical ability.
• Good interpretation and summarization skills.
• Should be able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines.
• Should be able to analyze and draw meaningful information from dispersed sets of information.
