Details of the Job/Internship
iCOVER is hiring a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead product execution and delivery within its global product organization.
Role and Responsibilities
Product Execution & Roadmap Delivery:
- Execute product strategy and manage roadmap delivery.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable deliverables and initiatives.
- Ensure transparency in planning, prioritization, and reporting.
People Management & Leadership:
- Manage and mentor Product Owners and Product Specialists.
- Provide direction, feedback, and performance management.
- Support onboarding and professional development.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
- Validate requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data protection standards.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate product documentation, SOPs, and workflows.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and KPI analysis.
- Communicate product updates and insights to leadership.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, Compliance, Delivery, and partners.
- Align business needs with technical and operational execution.
- Support go-to-market readiness and leadership presentations.
Quality, Risk & Incident Management:
- Ensure product quality and consistency.
- Handle escalations and lead root-cause analysis.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Data & Continuous Improvement:
- Track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Use data for decision-making and process optimization.
- Support cost, pricing, and efficiency analysis.
Agile Leadership:
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Manage product backlogs and ensure alignment with roadmap.
- Promote continuous improvement in product workflows.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Act as the voice of the customer.
- Conduct usability analysis and gather customer insights.
- Ensure product improvements enhance user experience.
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define long-term product vision and strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Establish clear product value propositions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
- Experience managing product teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Salary/Stipend
