Details of the Job/Internship

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is hiring a Professor (Law) with relevant academic experience to join their campus in Coimbatore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars on assigned legal subjects.
• Develop, update, and implement course content and syllabi.
• Conduct scholarly legal research and contribute to academic publications.
• Provide mentorship and academic counselling to students.
• Supervise student projects, internships, and moot court activities.
• Design and conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in academic committees and institutional policy development.
• Mentor junior faculty members.
• Develop specialization courses of global relevance.
• Shoulder additional administrative responsibilities as required.

Eligibility

• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) with at least 55%.
• Experience guiding doctoral candidates.
• Significant contribution to education, innovation, and curriculum design.
• Eminent scholar with published work demonstrating active engagement in law.
• Qualifications as per UGC/BCI guidelines.
