Details of the Job/Internship
Chitkara University is hiring a Professor for its Law School with 10–15 years of experience in legal education to join their Chandigarh Location.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead academic and research initiatives to bring the Law School to global standards.
- Set academic goals, build cohesive teams, and establish a culture of excellence.
- Upgrade teaching-learning processes and promote faculty development.
- Facilitate accreditation and rankings with external bodies such as NAAC and NIRF.
- Develop curriculum and ensure institutional quality assessment and compliance.
- Maintain strong linkages with industry and academic networks.
Eligibility
- LLB, LLM, and Ph.D. in Law from a reputed university in India or abroad.
- NET qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10–15 years of work experience in legal education.
- Distinguished academic record with notable achievements.
- Senior-level administrative skills in curriculum development, compliance, and faculty development.
- Experience in research, grants, and academic leadership.
