Details of the Job/Internship

Gnixar is hiring a Program Director – Legal Education and Equity with 7–12 years of experience for a remote role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the long-term vision for legal education programs focused on equity and access.
• Setting program goals, success metrics, budgets, and scalable delivery models.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across curriculum, training, placement, and partnerships.
• Overseeing development of practice-oriented and inclusive legal curricula.
• Managing instructor onboarding, training, and professional development.
• Designing training-of-trainers programs and standardized assessment frameworks.
• Building and managing internship and placement pipelines with law firms, corporates, NGOs, and government bodies.
• Planning and executing workshops, clinics, moot courts, and career-focused events.
• Driving equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives and monitoring participation and outcomes.
• Cultivating partnerships and negotiating MOUs, sponsorships, and revenue-sharing arrangements.
• Ensuring compliance with accreditation, licensure, and continuing education requirements.
• Overseeing budgeting, operations, quality assurance, and vendor management.
• Establishing dashboards and reports to track outcomes, placements, and ROI.
• Defining and managing performance-linked profit-sharing frameworks.

Eligibility

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification.
• 7–12 years of experience in legal education, professional development, or program management.
• Demonstrated leadership in curriculum design, placements, and equity initiatives.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with data-driven program evaluation and regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced degree such as LL.M. or MBA is preferred.
