Details of the Job/Internship

The Centre for Law and Policy Research (CLPR) is looking for a candidate for the position of Project Coordinator with 2 years of experience to join them at their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Undertake day-to-day management of the project to ensure smooth implementation.
• Ensure regular meetings with Constitution Defender Fellows are held and records maintained.
• Report regularly to management on project implementation.
• Manage project budgets.
• Ensure timely drafting of high-quality project reports to document project achievements and challenges.
• Actively participate in all aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of the project.
• Support the organization of workshops/bootcamps, seminars and other project activities.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, CSOs, NGOs, governments and donors.
• Perform other duties related to the project as assigned by the management.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years work experience in project management.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Event/Training Management skills.
• Budget management experience is desirable.
• Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation will be a plus.
• Non-profit experience is desirable.
• Undergraduate degree in Law (preferred) or social sciences from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in Law (preferred) or social sciences.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
