Details of the Job/Internship
The Centre for Law and Policy Research (CLPR) is looking for a candidate for the position of Project Coordinator with 2 years of experience to join them at their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Undertake day-to-day management of the project to ensure smooth implementation.
- Ensure regular meetings with Constitution Defender Fellows are held and records maintained.
- Report regularly to management on project implementation.
- Manage project budgets.
- Ensure timely drafting of high-quality project reports to document project achievements and challenges.
- Actively participate in all aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of the project.
- Support the organization of workshops/bootcamps, seminars and other project activities.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, CSOs, NGOs, governments and donors.
- Perform other duties related to the project as assigned by the management.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years work experience in project management.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Event/Training Management skills.
- Budget management experience is desirable.
- Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation will be a plus.
- Non-profit experience is desirable.
- Undergraduate degree in Law (preferred) or social sciences from a recognized university.
- Master’s degree in Law (preferred) or social sciences.
Salary/Stipend
Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
