Details of the Job/Internship
KLDiscovery is hiring a Project Lead – Contract Management with 5–7 years of relevant experience to join their office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Role and Responsibilities
- Report and maintain project metrics to track performance and quality.
- Perform quality control and quality assurance checks on projects.
- Conduct high-level audits on quality-controlled documents to validate accuracy.
- Provide feedback to reviewers and quality controllers.
- Mentor and guide team members on projects.
- Review and finalise deliverables before submission to clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert for various projects.
- Draft and resolve client and team queries.
- Lead end-to-end QA processes and project training.
- Assist Team Leads and Managers with QC strategy and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and checklist standards.
- Update and modify client guidelines as needed.
Eligibility
- Minimum LLB or BL (Bachelor of Laws).
- 5–7 years’ experience in contract management with 2–4 years in project leadership/management.
- Experience with CLM tools such as Ironclad, Contract Works, Conga, Icertis, or Onit.
- LLM preferred.
- Relevant certifications in contract management or quality assurance are a plus.
- Certifications in CLM tools are advantageous.
