Details of the Job/Internship

Morae is hiring an Analyst to join their office in Bangalore. The role involves providing project management support, assisting with eDiscovery tools, and coordinating with multiple teams across global regions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide project management support including eDiscovery tools training, account setup, platform infrastructure, keyword searches, handling ad-hoc requests, and generating reports and statistics.
• Collaborate with the data team to monitor data intake and anticipate potential issues.
• Proactively address and mitigate data-related challenges.
• Facilitate document productions, ensure deadlines are met, track progress, and provide regular internal updates.
• Provide project management support across APAC, UK, and US regions.
• Track profit and loss, ensure quality standards, manage risks, and maintain client relationships.
• Handle reporting and communication across projects.

Eligibility

Candidates should demonstrate a proactive and results-driven mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions. Availability to work in US shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM and 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) is required. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and general software applications is preferred.
