Details of the Job/Internship

SagaciousElevate is hiring a Project Manager for its Global IP Prosecution (GIPP) team in Gurugram. The role is ideal for a Registered Patent Agent with 2+ years of experience in the ICT domain, offering a hybrid work setup and client-facing responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications based on technical disclosures.
• Manage prosecution, including FER responses and IPO hearings.
• Conduct patentability and FTO searches.
• Advise clients on patent filing and prosecution strategies.
• Stay updated with evolving patent laws and rules.
• Collaborate with inventors, engineers, R&D teams, and legal professionals.

Eligibility

• Registered Indian Patent Agent (ICT domain).
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computers or Electronics.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong drafting, prosecution, and client communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with preference for flexible setups.
• Availability to join within 30–60 days.
