Details of the Job/Internship
Iota Analytics is hiring a Project Manager – Legal Services with 12+ years of experience to join their office in Mohali.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage 4+ eDiscovery projects across multiple clients.
- Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Collaborate with client project and review managers.
- Oversee budgets and project execution timelines.
- Supervise workflows, QC, analytics, and compliance.
- Lead and mentor APMs, Team Leads, and review staff.
- Drive internal training, productivity, and daily briefings.
- Maintain performance metrics and client communications.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 12+ years’ experience; 6+ years in legal and 4–5 years in eDiscovery project management.
- Strong team management and mentoring experience.
- Expertise in Relativity, iConect, CIR, MDR, and legal tech tools.
- Relativity certification preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, data analytics, and project tracking.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on-site in Mohali.
