Details of the Job/Internship

Pairvii Legal is hiring for the position of Project Manager Legal with 2 years of experience to join their office in Raipur. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Legal Expertise

• Provide legal support across corporate, commercial, contractual, and regulatory matters.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting projects; advise stakeholders proactively.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.

2. Project Management

• Plan, initiate, and drive legal and cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, finance, operations, business units) and external stakeholders (law firms, regulators, vendors).
• Develop detailed project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks, mitigate exposures, and resolve issues effectively.
• Prepare regular reports, presentations, and progress updates for senior leadership.

Eligibility

Education

• LL.B. (Bachelor’s in Law) + MBA in a relevant field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, or compliance law.
• Hands-on exposure to litigation and court appearances.
• Proven record of managing projects or multi-stakeholder legal initiatives.
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, technology, pharma, energy, etc.) is desirable.
