Details of the Job/Internship

Iota Analytics is hiring a Project Manager – Legal Services with 6+ years of legal experience, including substantial project management exposure in eDiscovery.

Role and Responsibilities

• Client and Project Management:
  • Lead 4+ projects across 3–4 clients simultaneously.
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs), manage budgets, monitor project timelines.
  • Oversee project setup, including search terms, layouts, QC, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for delivery and reporting.
• Team and People Management:
  • Directly manage 2 Assistant Project Managers, 3–4 Team Leads, and up to 80 Associates.
  • Resolve escalations, review performance, and mentor team members.
  • Conduct daily team briefings and maintain alignment across projects.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and productivity benchmarks.

Eligibility

• Education: Licensed Attorney (LLB/LLM); Relativity certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in the legal industry, 4–5 years in project or team management within eDiscovery.
• Languages: Strong verbal and written English.
• Tools: Deep knowledge of Relativity, iConect, CIR, MDR, SharePoint, Advanced Excel.
• Others: Ability to work in rotational shifts; office-based role in Mohali.
