Trilegal is hiring a Projects Lawyer with experience of 4 to 6 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Practice Area - Projects and Infrastructure.
Role and Responsibilities
- Transaction structures and regulatory framework for project development.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating concession agreements, power purchase agreements etc.
- Due diligence on companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Advising clients on compliance with sectoral laws and policies.
Eligibility
- A qualified lawyer must be enrolled in the Bar Council of India.
- PQE - 4 to 6 years.
