Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate in the Projects and Infrastructure practice with 4–6 years of experience to join its Gurgaon office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on transaction structures and regulatory frameworks for project development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate concession agreements, power purchase agreements, and related documents.
• Conduct due diligence on companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Advise clients on compliance with sector-specific laws, regulations, and policies.
• Support complex and high-value infrastructure and projects transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong expertise in projects and infrastructure practice.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex project agreements.
• Sound understanding of sectoral laws and regulatory frameworks.

Salary/Stipend
