Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate – Projects and Infrastructure with experience of 4–6 years to join their office in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on transaction structures and regulatory frameworks for project development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate concession agreements, power purchase agreements, and related contracts.
• Conduct due diligence on companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Advise clients on compliance with sectoral laws and policies.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
