RKS Associate is hiring for the position of Property Law Advocate and Corproate Law Advocate to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in property and corporate law matters, including appearances and arguments before NCLT, SEBI, and SAT.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Advise clients on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Negotiate settlements and manage dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to protect client interests.
• Manage multiple cases independently while meeting deadlines.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized institution (additional legal certifications a plus).
• Proven expertise in Property, Land, Real Estate, Corporate, Business, and Contract Law.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and writing skills.
• Experience in courtroom advocacy and client representation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary/Stipend
