Gaggar & Co. LLP is hiring a Property Lawyer with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse caseload of property law matters including acquisitions, leasing, development projects, title reports.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert advice on property-related issues.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal solutions.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a reputed law school.
- Active license to practice law in West Bengal.
- 3+ years of experience in property law preferably in law firms.
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
