Details of the Job/Internship
Tesco is hiring a Property Legal Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru.
Eligibility
- Extensive knowledge of contract law (UK Property Law preferred, but not essential), including strong experience of drafting a variety of complex commercial contracts.
- Ability to review and negotiate contracts and provide pragmatic and commercial advice.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, cross functionally and to tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and appropriately mitigate commercial contractual risk.
