Details of the Job/Internship
Ridhira Group - Building World's largest Wellness Communities is hiring for the position of Property legal Specialist with 15 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
Legal Advisory & Compliance:
- Provide expert legal advice on property laws, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) guidelines and other real estate laws.
- Handle all legal aspects of property acquisitions, joint ventures, lease agreements, and sales.
Due Diligence & Documentation:
- Conduct thorough legal due diligence for land acquisition and real estate projects.
- Review and draft legal documents, including sale deeds, agreements, MoUs, JV agreements, lease deeds, and title opinions.
- Verify land records, encumbrances, zoning regulations, and approvals.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution:
- Manage real estate-related litigations, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
- Handle land disputes, property claims, and title issues effectively.
Contracts & Negotiations:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to property development, vendor agreements, and partnerships.
- Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal risk mitigation strategies.
Liaison with Government Authorities:
- Interact with regulatory bodies such as municipal corporations, revenue departments, and land registration offices.
- Facilitate approvals, registrations, and compliance filings.
Risk Management & Policy Development:
- Identify legal risks and suggest proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and best practices.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LLB/LLM from a reputed institution.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in the real estate industry handling legal matters.
- In-depth knowledge of property laws, land acquisition laws, real estate regulations (RERA), and contract laws.
- Strong experience in litigation management, contract negotiation, and due diligence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, government authorities, and legal firms.
